The Role

Working as part of the Quality team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, the role of the Quality Project Specialist is integral to the success of the global Quality Assurance team in providing expert management and support for approved quality focused projects in order to promote continuous improvement of Almac Pharma Services Pharmaceutical Quality System.

Essential Criteria

  • Third level qualification (or equivalent) within a Science or Engineering discipline
  • Significant experience in working in a Quality Assurance Role in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Previous experience of driving the quality expectations of business projects
  • Experience in managing a team to deliver a project
  • Proven working knowledge of Pharmaceutical legislation and rules governing manufacture and distribution of products

Desirable Criteria

(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Hons Degree (or equivalent) within a within a Science or Engineering discipline
  • Knowledge of Software development life cycle models
  • Previous experience within a role involving:
  1. Supervision of staff
  2. Ability to generate and deliver training material
  • Experience in electronic systems relevant to Quality Management
