CARD Group is a specialist provider of research, data, and evidence-based consulting services. Working with an international client base we help our clients to better understand their customers. Our recent innovations in research methods have led to a fast-growing client base and as a result we need to expand and diversify our team.  As part of this we require a new Project Manager.

Who we are looking for

This is an important role within the company.  The successful person will be a key account manager with national clients, responsible for ensuring projects are specified, planned, implemented and delivered to the highest possible standards. 

We are looking for an experienced individual from a research and /or marketing environment.  The role is based in Belfast but given our national and international client base, it will encompass regular travel within the UK and Ireland and on an international basis.

Are you right for us?

You will need to have:

  • Demonstrated ability to produce an accurate project specification and implementation plan based on insightful client liaison.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering and synthesising qualitative and quantitative information to derive insight and communicating findings in high quality reports
  • A degree-level qualification in a discipline involving related skills (e.g. History, Psychology, Social Sciences, Statistics etc.)
  • Strong IT skills with substantial experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint together with an aptitude for research and analysis software.
  • Excellent communication skills – in person, in writing and online – across all levels of corporate hierarchy.
  • Strong project management experience in a research or marketing discipline
  • Business acumen and business empathy
  • Diligence, commitment and initiative

It would be advantageous to have:

  • Fluency in two or more languages
  • Experience of questionnaire development or analysis software
  • Experience of proposal writing
  • Experience of working with Councils and local authorities

Salary (Circa. £30k+)

We will not allow the wrong salary to get in the way of the right person.  We will derive a working week that suits personal and professional requirements and agree a corresponding salary that will secure the ongoing commitment of the right individual.
