Full Time Customer Service Executive (Inbound) - Financial Services

HCL are delighted to invite applications for Full Time Customer Service Executive (Inbound) for our banking client. Position will be based in our new state of the art office conveniently located in the heart of Belfast city centre.

The successful candidate will be customer orientated with a professional and helpful telephone manner. You will receive inbound queries from customers via phone regarding their financial accounts.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Answering customer’s inbound queries and providing excellent standards of customer service
  • Ensure Adherence to processes to  ensure high quality and customer satisfaction
  • Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at agent level
  • Providing first call resolution
  • Updating customer records and updating various logs (complaints/fraud/customer notes)
  • Involvement in motivational activities and implementing feedback and coaching
  • Ensuring data security

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 months customer Service experience
  • Friendly and professional with excellent telephone etiquette
  • Conscientious, motivated and punctual

Hours of work:

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Operational hours Monday to Friday 8am–10pm Saturday 9am-6pm and Sundays 9.45am-5pm. You will be expected to be fully flexible for rotating weekly shift patterns within these times.
