We are currently looking for a new member of our management team in the position of - Head of Planning

McMullen Facades is a leading specialist facade contractor providing full design, fabrication and installation of aluminium curtain wall and window systems for medium and large scale building projects. Specialising in fully integrated facade design, we are able to offer our clients and customers a range of high quality, fully tested, facade products which give a “one stop, low risk” exterior facade solution. Your role as Head of Planning, reporting to the company’s Operations Director, is to ensure your team develop and agree programming of relative contracts, capturing the logic flow and duration of tasks carried out by all disciplines i.e. design for client, design for delivery, procurement, production and site based installation.

Your role will include the management of your team members and their respective job processes, including those who oversee our internal planning systems.

Your role will include the continuous development of existing planning systems, including implementing appropriate improvement changes to facilitate accurate long term forward planning and any necessary short term recovery planning.
