Job Title: Finance Administrator

Reporting To: Financial Controller

Salary: £8.50/hour (40 hours per Week)

Pneutrol International Limited is a family owned company who deliver high quality bespoke control systems mainly for the concrete industry. The company has over 1000 systems installed mainly in the UK and Ireland but with the development of their telematics business they now provide innovative systems throughout the world. We are in a busy period of growth and are seeking to add quality people to our team.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

The successful candidate will be required to perform the following duties:

  • Answering and transferring telephone calls, recording and updating caller details appropriately.
  • Assist with filing in the office.
  • Post bank account transactions on to Sage financial system.
  • Reconcile bank accounts.
  • Assist with credit control.
  • Other office duties as and when required to help cover workloads. 

Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

  • A confident and polite telephone manner.
  • A good standard of spoken and written English.
  • A good standard of computer/keyboard skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good timekeeping and be reliable.
  • Awareness of confidentially and data protection issues.
  • Prior experience of credit control and finance administration would be beneficial although full training will be provided
