Terex are continuing to grow and are now recruiting for a Fabrication Production Supervisor to join our Engineering team in our Omagh site. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team and to learn from one of the largest engineering organisations in the world.

Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will play a key role within the Operations department and assist in ensuring the smooth flow of fabrication production through the manufacturing line to meet on-time deliveries in the most effective manner.

You will have the skills and responsibilities to take on the variety of tasks that our Fabrication Production Supervisors look after – from leading a team of Production Operators and welders to improve efficiencies to maximise production output. From promoting health and safety at all times to quality control.

It’s a role you could do in many organisations – but at Terex it’s a role which offers something more. Firstly you’re a vital part of our global success, your leadership and resourcefulness will help us hit our production targets. You become part of a team of exceptionally dedicated and hard-working team members working towards shared goals. Secondly, it’s a role with variety. As a business we’re constantly looking for better, smarter ways to work. We need people who will thrive in that environment – people with a passion for improvement and a willingness to try new approaches (and not be put off if it doesn’t work).

So of course we need relevant experience and skills. But we also need the right personality. Are you a problem solver with a flexible approach to new ideas? Are you someone happy working at a fast pace, and able to do so without compromising quality, regular communication or attention to detail? Are you looking for the next step in your career that will offer you numerous opportunities to grow and develop?

Then join the team and you’ll receive an attractive salary package plus bonus and all the opportunities you’d expect at a leading, global engineering organisation.

Closing date for applications is Monday 17th December 2018.
