Desktop Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

Job Description
o Respond to requests for technical assistance in person and electronically
o Respond to requests for user account modifications and systems access
o Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
o Provision hardware and software for new hires
o Manage asset inventory of laptops
o Manage Endpoint Protection inventory
Required Skills/Experience:
o 2+ Years Proven experience in system/network administration or IT Technician
o Associate or higher degree in a related field
o Experience with Virtualization Software (VMWare)
o Experience with Linux, MacOSX and Windows Operating Systems
o Experience working in a helpdesk environment
o Experience working with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence)
o Experience working with Endpoint protection products (Carbon Black/Trend Micro)
o Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
o Excellent communication skills
Physical Demands:
This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
