Customer Service Support

Newry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with the Company’s Customers and Clients
  • Assist the Company’s Customer Service team
  • Be responsible for installation and maintenance services including scheduling of field personnel
  • Customer satisfaction surveys/KPIs.
  • Promote maintenance contracts

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience of enterprise CRM systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Be both literate and numerate and be familiar with Microsoft Office.
