Terex are continuing to grow and are now recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Dungannon site. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and friendly team and to learn from one of the largest engineering organisations in the world.

Position Overview

This is an attractive role providing support to our dealer network with regard to their open order books. The successful candidate will receive and manage orders through internal systems to ensure all customer and departmental needs are met within the required time frame.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage Dealer open order books
  • Advising price and availability
  • Assist in the sourcing of parts identified
  • Liaising with internal departments and external supplies
  • Responsible for communicating with the dealer network concerning their problems through internal Customer Support Link Systems
  • Partake in customer service calls and identify areas for improvement

Experience and Qualifications

  • Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent which will include English and Maths at grade C or above
  • Have experience of working within a busy office environment ideally in a customer service role
  • Ability to organize and prioritise workload using your own initiative to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritise your workload using your own initiative
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question and help them resolve them.
  • Excellent written skills as most of the work will be written (email, documentation etc)
  • Excellent telephone mannerisms
  • Experience of the crushing and screening industry would be desirable though not essential
