Due to an ever growing demand within our business we are pleased an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Executive to join our vibrant team.
Customer Experience Executive (CEE1811)
As a Customer Experience Executive you will receive the customers into the business providing a general support service for the sales team, treating each customer as a valued individual, with care and respect and providing the highest level of customer service at all times.
You will also establish the customer needs, carry out initial product presentation and complete test drives before introducing the customer to a senior member of the sales teams.
It will be necessary to maintain a detailed product knowledge of the brand range in order to answer sales enquiries from the customer and build a desire for the product and services offered.
Providing administrative support to the Sales Teams to include preparing cars for handover, keeping customers informed maintenance of systems is also key to this role.
Updating and maintaining the Dealership customer database producing reports when required.
Pro-actively supporting the Sales Teams to achieve their targets engaging with service customers and finance renewals
You will need to be able to work with other team members to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintaining a consistent professional manner is very important
Good written and oral communication skills are of high value in this position and we would desire the successful applicant to be educated to A Level standard but require at least 5 GCSE including Maths and English grades A-C as essential.
A full driving licence is also essential.
Previous customer service experience would be an essential.
