You will be responsible for Inputting New Business Applications and providing a high level of customer service. Assessing finance documents and Anti Money Laundering items for payment.

The Role:

You will be responsible for Inputting New Business Applications and providing a high level of customer service. Assessing finance documents and Anti Money Laundering items for payment. Confidentiality is essential, managing high volume telephone queries from all intermediaries and responding to email queries. You must be a team player working in collaboration with your team and partners.

  • What we ask of you:
  • Previous administration experience desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability with regard to work and working hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel)
  • Minimum education – 5 Grade C or above GCSE`s including English & Maths and certificates for these results will be requested
  • Evidence of providing good customer service skills, by telephone would be desirable but not essential
  • Working hours – 35 hour working week on an out of hours rota including Bank Holidays to cover the below opening times.

    Mon- Thurs 9.00am -7.00pm, Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm, Sunday 10am-5pm

  • Please note salary on offer for the role is 17k per annum
