WHAT IS THE JOB REALLY LIKE:
This role involves providing a wide range of administrative and support services within the Motor team. You will spend the majority of your time providing administrative support, collecting information, producing documents, managing filing and administrative systems, and supporting assigned staff. You will work in a team environment, liaising with and meeting the needs of internal customers.
You will have good business and operational administration skills and experience, claims knowledge is desirable but not essential.
Common sense, willingness to work as part of a team and having a can do attitude will go a long way to securing the role.
This job will be measured with the following important metrics
CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE IN RELATION TO THE FOLLOWING:
Completion of all administrative activities on time, and in full
