The Role

Working as part of the Business Systems team based in our global headquarters in Craigavon, you will be responsible for providing technical support and development capabilities.

Technical support will cover a number of systems throughout the Almac Group ranging from complex ERP packages to in-house developed applications.

You will also perform all aspects of small-scale, non-validated, development and configuration work within the Business Systems team. This will include (but is not limited to) requirements capture and analysis, system design, coding, testing and documentation

Essential Criteria

  • ‘A’ level standard of education (or equivalent)
  • Practical commercial experience gained in the development and/or configuration of software solutions
  • Software development/ software package configuration experience

Desirable Criteria

(The following criteria may be applied if a large pool of applicants exist)

  • Degree in a computer related discipline (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience of both systems support and software application project delivery
  • Experience in customisation, configuration or development of Workflow based applications
  • Experience in customisation, configuration or development of Oracle based systems
