Excellent opportunity for a Trainee Parts Advisor based in Enniskillen



Donnelly Group Enniskillen are recruiting for a Trainee Parts Advisor. The successful candidate will be a professional, reliable and efficient point of contact for internal and external customers ordering parts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will sell parts to customers to contribute to dealership profit and revenue objectives.  The role involves carrying out customer follow ups to develop good relationships with customers and this role requires you to continually deliver high customer satisfaction levels whilst contributing to manufacturer and dealership standards.

Who do we need?

  • Person with some experience in a customer related environment or similar working Parts environment ;
  • GSCEs – Grades A-C
  • Working experience in a Customer focused environment;
  • Excellent Organisation and Time-management skills;
  • Excellent IT skills and a working knowledge of a dealer management system would be preferable;
  • Professionally presented and acquires a good work ethic;
  • A full driving licence is essential as driving duties will be involved in this role OR working towards gaining driving licence.

Other Information

  • Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, including Saturday work on a rota basis;
  • All candidates must be flexible and prepared to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand;
