We are currently recruiting for a Team Administrator to join our Belfast team. You will be part of CAST (Central Audit Services Team). In CAST we support the UK Audit teams with a wide range of tasks. These include Accounts preparation, Reviewing Financial Statements, completing Related Parties transactions, Agreeing Financial Statements to client Trial balances, completing Disclosure checklists and many more.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver to client expectations and departmental SLAs
  • Communicate concerns upwards in a timely fashion, delegate effectively when appropriate and communicate with other departments
  • Complete workflow tasks as assigned as per the unit time and requisite quality standard, following established procedures for each process, including adhering to KPIs, compliance and risk requirements
  • Deliver learning to other team members as and when requested by team   leader
  • Support the changing needs of the business as and when required, liaising with internal and external clients to identify areas for improvement
  • Contribute to overall improvement and evolution of the team and its processes

17:00 – 22:00 (Part time)

  • 12 months’ experience  working in a professional administrative role
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations and deal with complaints
