Praxis Care has a long standing reputation for excellence with a high demand for services and as part of this the organisation is currently going through an exciting time of change and growth. We currently have sites across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, England and the Isle of Man offering Services to individuals living with mental ill health, learning disability, acquired brain injury or dementia and will be expanding these services both in size and location over the next few years. We currently have 1,400 dedicated and committed staff which is due to increase to approximately 4,000 over 5 years.

Fixed Term Maternity Cover – 12 months
(26 hrs per week)
£8.20 per hour, £16,630 per annum pro rata – Unqualified Rate
£8.50 per hour, £17,238 per annum pro rata – Qualified Rate
*Salary information is based on working 39 hours per week and dependent on qualification/experience.
Where the role requires sleep-ins, a minimum additional payment of £45.00 per night applies.
Coleraine and Magherafelt schemes provide support to individuals with within their own home and local community, promoting independence, in areas such as budgeting and home care. We encourage individuals to increase their independent living skills and lead an active lifestyle. As a Team Leader working 36 hours per week over a 4 day period and based initially in Magherafelt, you may avail of the opportunity to enhance your knowledge and skills by undertaking shifts in other areas of mental health services. We are also currently compiling a waiting list for Support Workers for the above services.
