CDE Global is now seeking to appoint a Site Services Operative to join our team.  Reporting directly to our Facilities Manager and working collaboratively with all other parts of the business.

This is a new position, based in Monkstown, Northern Ireland.

Summary:

  • Complete delivery of site services facilities and associated contracts
  • Complete asset installation and asset disposition
  • Complete delivery of site services teams work activities in the provision and availability of site services and manufacturing plant operational availability

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist and co-ordinate contracts for areas to include but not limited to: 

  • Site security
  • Construction and renovation projects
  • Waste removal
  • Utilities
  • Communications
  • Buildings and grounds assets
  • Buildings and grounds support services
  • Vehicles
  • Asist with asset installations and disposition.
  • Ensure that safe working practices are adhered to by all contractors in all projects to meet company and legal requirements.
  • Ensure company safe working practices are implemented and adhered to at all times within our site services team operations.
  • Complete and log planned maintenance via the CMMS.

Experience

Not essential but advantageous to have 3 years

Skills

Forklift licence and IPAF licence preferable
