Senior Creative

A bit about us

We’re AV Browne. Strategists, researchers, writers and can-doers. Art directors, content creators, designers and die-hard coffee drinkers. Our home is in Belfast’s cultural and creative Cathedral Quarter. Home to vibrant cafes and restaurants, historic pubs and hotels and of course our own offices – an old Bushmills Irish Whiskey storehouse. We’ve been a creative hub, in a mixture of shapes and forms since 1926 so we’re a little bit of history in our own right, but our ethos of Create. Change has always kept us one step ahead. Through the advertising heyday to the digital revolution, the Facebook generation, and beyond, we’ve been constantly evolving and changing to each generation’s business needs. A creative, brand and digital agency of people working together, applying our collective creativity to solve problems, make things different, better, effective, impactful, and sometimes just plain beautiful. We’re looking for another, senior, member of our team; to help us continue to stay ahead, providing creative leadership and nurturing our collaborative environment and build long term relationships both with our team and with our clients’.

Who are you?

You’re a talented and experienced senior creative that can turn their hand to any type of creative brief – from leading fully integrated campaigns, to POS and print, right through to brand and digital concepts. You ooze creativity and have a brilliant conceptual mind that pushes boundaries whilst staying true to your client and brand. You employ a hands-on approach and relish the challenge of coming up with original and engaging creative solutions. You inspire the creative team around you to constantly improve the output of the studio, and mentor junior members along the way. You’re confident in your own abilities (but remain grounded and ego-free!), comfortable when presenting to clients, matched with an acute sense of detail and the ability to co-ordinate a team whilst working on several projects at any one time. You need to be great with communication in both written and spoken forms – being able to convey your ideas simply and be able to justify creative work in a compelling way. And you are used to leading and supporting new business and pitch work from preparation of Agency credentials to interrogation of pitch briefs and the development of the strategic, creative response and written rationale.
