Sales/Office Administrator

Established over 50 years Hylands Fuels NI Ltd is seeking to employ an energetic and enthusiastic person, with initiative to join our dynamic team. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for the general day to day updating of the sales ledger, including processing orders. The ability to work as part of an administrative team is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:   

  • Updating the daily sales ledger
  • Taking and processing in bound sales calls/orders
  • Liaising  with customers/staff to ensure deliveries are on time
  • Work as part of team environment

The Person:  

  • 2-3 years previous experience in an office environment is desirable
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with others
  • The ability to work on their own initiative
  • Computer literate
  • Full training provided
