RESPONSE ASSETS OFFICER
Northern Whig House, Belfast
37 hours per week
Salary: £22,977.66 – £31,566.14 per annum
+ £350 city centre weighting allowance per annum
The post of Response Assets Officer is a unique career opportunity for a committed individual who can provide a customer focussed maintenance service to our tenants. You will manage an area patch for day to day maintenance, inspecting dwellings, co-ordinating repairs and improvements and dealing with tenant queries.
You will have a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a building/construction related subject AND two years experience (within the last 7 years) within a
construction/maintenance environment. Exceptional candidates who do not hold a third level qualification but have 5 years experience (within the last 7 years) within a construction/ facilities/planned maintenance environment should also apply.
We’ll be impressed if you have experience of delivering a property management service in a housing environment, but as long as you have the curiosity to find out, we will help you. You’ll travel across the province, so you will need to be able to drive, without relying on public transport.
