Project Worker 2 Waiting List

Location: Simpson Family Resource

Contract type: Permanent (Fixed term funded post)

Hours: 37

Salary: £23,545.10

Barnardo’s wish to establish a Waiting List of appointable candidates for various Project Worker 2 posts that may arise across the organisation.  This waiting list will be held for up to nine months and will include both Social Work qualified candidates (as some of our posts require this specific qualification) and those successful candidates who have other professional Education, Youth Work, and Health and Social Care qualifications.

The Waiting list posts will be recruited using the generic job description and person specification attached.

We currently have two vacancies for Social Work qualified Project Workers in Simpson Family Resource Centre.

Post 1 is a full time 37 hour permanent post

Post 2 is a full time 37 hour fixed term post to 31 March 2020

Both posts will be based in Simpson Family Resource Centre, 40 Manse Road, Bangor BT20 3DE and will require a Monday to Friday working pattern.

Pay Band: £23,545 – £31,209 per annum

*Starting salary is generally at the beginning of the pay band however, further consideration will be given to exceptional candidates.
