Professional Services Consultant (E18:134)

Location: Belfast

Job Description

The Professional Services Consultant is a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions to our end user customers and partners. The Professional Services Consultant is represented to our Partners and End Users as being the subject matter expert in the configuration and customization of all Kofax products.

The Kofax Professional Services team use Kofax’s suite of enterprise software products including our leading RPA product, Kofax Kapow, to develop and deliver bespoke solutions to our end users and partners.

The Professional Services Consultant will:

  • Work as an individual or part of a team to deliver Kofax solutions to our customers based on requirements documents.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers on the use of their Kofax software and solutions.
  • Function as the Kofax subject matter expert when interacting with customers.

Required Skills & Experience

Candidates for this position should hold the following qualifications, have the following experience, and be able to demonstrate the following competencies to be considered as a suitable applicant. Please note that except where specified as “preferred,” or as a “plus,” all points listed below are considered minimum requirements.

  • BSc Software Engineer or related field
  • 2 years as a software engineer in a .Net environment.
  • Development experience with SQL Server is preferred.
  • Experience with Business Process Management technologies will be a plus.
  • A minimum of 2 years RPA Developer experience using technologies such as Kofax Kapow, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, etc would be preferred.
