As clients purchasing habits are evolving in to online enquiries and sales, we have an excellent opportunity for a new Virtual Vehicle Advisor to join our online advisory team.  This is a very demanding role which demands extreme attention to detail.  You will be tasked with handling initial sales enquiries through social media, live chat and website enquiries and taking the client through their journey from finance application to delivery UK wide.


The successful candidate must:



  • Be confident working on their own as well as being part of a very busy online team
  • Have excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Have a genuine interest in the motor industry
  • Show conscientiousness as you will be dealing with clients personal details
  • Be flexible in working hours as online enquiries continue when the office may be closed.
  • Be able to show speed and accuracy when dealing with online enquiries
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Have a friendly, approachable manner
  • Be willing to travel on certain occasions due to the nature of the role


This is a very rewarding role in terms of job satisfaction, you are helping potential clients find the correct vehicle for their needs and you will be able to build strong online relationships with clients throughout the UK. You will also be responsible for client aftercare as you will be their point of contact even after they have taken delivery of their vehicle.


Full training on all current systems will be given to the successful client so you are to a level deemed acceptable before being given full access to all areas of enquiries.
