Excellent opportunity for a Office Administrator based in Cookstwown

JOB TITLE:  Office Administrator

LOCATION:  Cookstown, County Tyrone (Mid Ulster)

SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive salary 

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, (9am – 5pm) Monday to Friday and every other Saturday

THE ROLE: This Office Administrator role will be working within a small team of 10 people. This is a highly pressurised environment and you must be used to taking a high volume of calls daily. Full training will be given to the successful applicant.

Role and responsibilities for the Office Administrator role:

  • Reception and telephone duties
  • Taking customer orders and dealing with account queries
  • Processing payments
  • Posting invoices onto accounts system
  • General office duties
  • Update company social media
  • Filing

THE CANDIDATE:  The successful candidate must be able to meet the below criteria;

Essential criteria for the Office Administrator role:

  • Basic computer literacy as a minimum including Excel
  • Good telephone manner and be used to taking a high volume of calls daily
  • Customer service oriented with ability to multi-task

Desirable criteria for the Office Administrator role:

  • Ideally have 2/3 years office experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Perform well under pressure
