 Job Description

As a HR & Payroll Team Leader working within our central Belfast Shared Service Centre you will manage a team of administrators, ensuring accuracy delivery of high quality information and administration services.

Becoming a Team Leader with HR Solutions:

As a HR & Payroll Team Leader working within our central Belfast Shared Service Centre you will manage a team of administrators, ensuring accuracy delivery of high quality information and administration services.

This is an initial 1 year fixed-term contact to cover Maternity.

What you will do:

  • Line manage administrators, monitoring the effectiveness of individual team members, motivating, coaching, and encouraging their development as necessary
  • Manage workflow using the relevant CRM tool and ensure customer service standards are adhered to
  • Provide knowledge and support to administrators in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislation
  • Manage time keeping and attendance, ensuring operational cover during opening hours
  • Set and review individual and team performance through objective setting and regular performance appraisals
  • Ensure team achieve high levels of accuracy by completing regular QA checks, call calibration, and mystery shopping on calls and emails

Your experience will include:

  • Experience of either managing or leading a team in a Shared Service Centre or similar environment
  • Understanding of the Capita performance processes system
  • Experience of working to achieve service level agreements and key performance indicators within a contact centre or similar environment
  • Excellent organisational skills demonstrated by the ability to manage large and complex workloads within agreed timescales whilst maintaining accuracy
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner to meet operational needs
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise, and to meet tight deadlines
