Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person and electronically
  • Respond to requests for user account modifications and systems access
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Provision hardware and software for new hires
  • Manage asset inventory of laptops
  • Manage Endpoint Protection inventory

Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2+ Years Proven experience in system/network administration or IT Technician
  • Associate or higher degree in a related field
  • Experience with Virtualization Software (VMWare)
  • Experience with Linux, MacOSX and Windows Operating Systems
  • Experience working in a helpdesk environment
  • Experience working with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence)
  • Experience working with Endpoint protection products (Carbon Black/Trend Micro)
  • Ability to respond to help desk requests after hours on a limited basis
  • Excellent communication skills

Physical Demands:

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
