About the Role…

To ensure customer satisfaction, through the correct application of the manufacturers warranty and costing proceduresTo ensure accurate compilation and submissions of all invoices – warranty, retail and internal.To ensure warranty claims are submitted within time limits and returns are actioned within time scale.To monitor and print relevant reports to advise of progressTo assist costing team with preparation of invoices

 About you…

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a customer service environment is essential
  • Exhibit a practical knowledge of computerised systems and a high level of IT skills i.e. customer databases (Kerridge experience would be beneficial).
  • Be a strong team player who is energised by variety and responsibility
  • Good presentation skills. i.e. well-presented application form
  • Be attentive to detail
  • Demonstrate an interest / passion for motor vehicles
  • Operate in a dynamic environment
  • Possess a high level of organizational skills
