Working Monday - Friday 10am-6pm you miss the rush hour traffic! NO WEEKENDS!!! We offer free onsite parking!!!!!

We are recruiting Outbound Call Centre Advisors to work on behalf of O2 UK. You will be contacting existing O2 customers and offering them, products, services and discounts for their loyalty and providing top class customer service.

What you’ll need

  • A background in a customer service role (6 months would be great)

We provide excellent in-house training for all our new starts so Call Centre experience is not necessary. If you have worked in Retail, Bar work, catering we would love to hear from you!

Our Loughview Site boasts breath-taking views of Belfast Lough, based in the world famous Titanic Quarter, close to major shopping retailers and food outlets.
