4c Executive is so excited to be partnering with Positive Futures to recruit a Corporate Services Director. Positive Futures is a growing, dynamic and pioneering organisation, where the people are driven by equality, changing misconceptions and promoting inclusivity for children, young people and adults with a learning disability, acquired brain injury or autistic spectrum condition and their families.
Positive Futures is seeking to employ a Corporate Services Director as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, to lead on the development and implementation of best practice approaches to business excellence and to develop and implement policies and processes to ensure quality throughout all aspects of the organisation’s work.
The Corporate Services Director will play a critical role in ensuring that the mission and values of the organisation are realised in changing people’s lives for the better, across the island of Ireland.
The successful candidate should be educated to a minimum of degree level in a relevant discipline, have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant management experience, 2 of which must be at a senior management level. A proven track record in leading a multi-functional team, experience of using project management methodologies to improve business processes in the delivery of quality services, are essential requirements.
Experience of working in social care services, and of working in the Republic of Ireland, as well as having a management qualification, are considered desirable.
