The successful applicant will be responsible for administration of accounts, which will involve communicating with customers by telephone, letter, personal interview, monitoring account performance and applying agreed solutions with customers whilst adhering to regulatory requirements.

The Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for administration of accounts, which will involve communicating with customers by telephone, letter, personal interview, monitoring account performance and applying agreed solutions with customers whilst adhering to regulatory requirements. This will include interaction with third party agents, auction houses, solicitors and court officials. In addition the successful applicant will be offered the opportunity to apply for training in other areas of the business (Customer Service, Compliance, New Business etc).

What we ask of you:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Previous experience using Microsoft Office applications (including Word and Excel)
  • Proven evidence of good written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
  • Minimum education – 5 Grade C or above GCSE`s including English & Maths and certificates for these results will be requested

Desirable skills

Experience in credit control / collections

Please note salary on offer for the role is 17k per annum
