Hotel Stores Supervisor

Bullitt Hotel is looking for an experienced store operative supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role that requires the storing and delivery of goods to the appropriate departments within the Hotel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operation of the stores set up and stores team, you will also be required to work closely with the management to deliver effective service to all areas.

Bullitt Hotel epitomises an urban chic hotel with stylish, contemporary surroundings, alongside compact but well-designed rooms with affordable rates. Located in a prime city centre location, wrapping Victoria Street, Ann Street and Church Lane, the hotel is a stone’s throw from Belfast’s shopping mecca, Victoria Square and the lively Cathedral Quarter.

The role involves the following duties:

  • Receiving and storing of deliveries for Bullitt Hotel.
  • Inspecting deliveries and carrying out quality checks on goods.
  • Notifying management of low stock or damaged goods.
  • Completing requisitions and manging invoices.
  • Upkeep and cleanliness of back / front of house and stores areas.
  • Managing the recycling, waste and litter within and around the perimeters of the property.
  • Stocktake preparation.
  • Leading and motivating a team.
  • Adhering to our health and safety policies and procedures at all time.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Excellent ability to work on own initiative
  • Competency in Microsoft office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with stock control and monitoring inventory levels
  • Great accuracy and numeracy skills

A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position is desirable.

The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm. Flexibility may be required from time to time to allow holidays to be covered within the department.
