Excellent opportunity for an Administration Services Manager based in Kilkeel.

An established medical practice in Kilkeel is currently recruiting for the following position:


Permanent, Part-time (Full-time considered)

Grade 6 (Remuneration commensurate with experience)

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience working in a fast-paced, patient friendly environment.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs Grade A-C including Maths and English or equivalent
  • 5 years experience working in Healthcare or relevant degree
  • 2 years management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to work under pressure
  • Professional attitude and be well presented to deal with members of the public

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience working in a GP practice environment
  • Management qualification
  • User of EMIS Web GP computer system
  • Experience of using Microsoft Pages: Word, Excel, Office
  • Payroll experience
