Role Overview

The successful candidate will work within our Service and Maintenance Department alongside our Service and Maintenance Manager and Supervisor. The role will be based at our offices at Michelin Road, Mallusk, Newtownabbey. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting quotations, collating relevant paperwork, following up on remedial actions, generating management reports and maintaining our company management systems.

What you’ll do

The following reflects the main tasks associated with your role and are not intended to be exclusive or exhaustive:

  • Prepare and submit all service and maintenance quotations.
  • Ensure all departmental documentation and site paperwork is up to date.
  • Establish and maintain close working relationships with both clients and vendors.
  • Maintaining and updating company management information systems.
  • Assist with investigating and responding to client queries.
  • Any other administration and / or helpdesk requirements.

What you’ll bring

As a Service Sales Administrator your main skills and experience will include:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C (or above) to include English and Maths.
  • Possess relevant administration experience in a fast paced environment.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent levels of customer service.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent numeracy skills and financial awareness.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills including a proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent literacy and communication skills to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Have a proven ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common objective.
