VANRATH are pleased to be recruiting multiple Service Desk Team Leader for a Global Financial Services Company who are starting up a new team in Belfast. Working in state of the art offices in prime location you will be looking after the day to day management of the service desk.

The Role

As a Service Desk team Leader you will be responsible for making sure the day to day running of the service desk run like clockwork. You will be the one of the main point of contact for senior escalations and be able to work in a busy environment. Ideally you will have worked within an ITIL Service Desk Environment and have strong background of management skills and leading teams.

The Person

The ideal candidate must be able to display the following:

  • 3+ Years in a Service Desk/Support role
  • ITIL Certified would be desirable
  • ServiceNow experience would be highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of desktop, networking, server, voice, communication and infrastructure support is key.
  • Experience in Windows 7/10
  • Exchange experience


The salary for this role would be between £26-£28k depending on experience but would also come with a great benefits package and bonus.
