Excellent opportunity for Service Administrator based in Belfast

Service Administrator (1960)

Location:Early Intervention Support Service, Belfast

Contract type:Permanent


Salary :£17,308 – £20,691

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrator to work with a small, committed team delivering early intervention and support to families in need.

You will be based in our Ormeau Road office.  From there you will also provide administrative support to the Children’s Services Manager and family support practitioners

Your tasks will include but not be limited to

  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries about the services
  • Support the production of quarterly reports for commissioner
  • Minute taking in strategic and team meetings
  • Budget monitoring, invoicing, ordering and finance
  • Inputting evaluation data into spreadsheets e.g. Outcome Star
  • Maintaining electronic file rooms
  • You will need to be a assured communicator with a solid background in administration, ideally within a charitable or care based environment.
  •  In return you will be offered training and support and the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable children, young people and their families.
  • A waiting list will be held for 9 months should any similar posts arise.

Location: EIFSS, Somerset House, 234 Ormeau Road, Belfast BT7 2FZ

Hours: 36.25 per week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £17,308 – £20,691

*Starting salary is generally at the beginning of the pay band however, further consideration will be given to exceptional candidates
