Your new role
You will join a dynamic team and be based in a convenient area of Belfast. You’ll have the opportunity to work on and run a range of education, leisure and community projects from c. £500k to c. £35million. You’ll provide technical advice to the project teams and liaise with contractors and subcontractors.
What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll be an experienced Architectural Technologist / Technician, ideally with at least 5 years’ experience working within an architectural practice. You’ll have a good working knowledge of NI / UK building regulations and In addition you will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong technical ability. You’ll be proficient in AutoCAD with a knowledge of Revit/BIM an advantage.
