Sales Coordinator

Client

VANRATH are delighted to be working with our client a world leader in the development of technologies for an Administrative Executive. Reporting to the Higher Education Manager this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to grow and expand their career.

Responsibilities

  • Processing customer orders in a timely fashion and managing queries.
  • Quote preparation and provision
  • Compiling Training/event packs when required
  • Data Input
  • Any other administration tasks

The Ideal Person

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years proven track record in sales administration, have at least 1 years experience working with CRM systems such as; sugar, Salesforce, Act, Goldmine. Have excellent written and spoken communication skills and be highly organised.

Educated to A level standard would be preferred but not essential.
