Job Title: Sales Administrator 

Reporting to: Sales Director 

Maximus Crushing and Screening:

Maximus Crushing & Screening are an independent, global manufacturer and distributor of mobile crushing & screening equipment. We manufacture and supply an extensive range of mobile crushers and screeners for use in a wide variety of applications; mining and quarrying, earthmoving, civil contractors, recycling and material handling industries.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will report to the Sales Director and will be responsible for providing support throughout the sales process from sales initial order, through to shipping of goods, after sales support and service.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain job reports from our service engineers and liaise with warehouse manager and after sales manager for invoicing and stock reconciliation
  • Provide administrative support for warranty claims and co-ordinate with all relevant departments to close out any claim
    • Reporting monthly machine sales by product, and dealer against budget
  • Assist with travel arrangements for sales and after sales team
  • Provide administrative support to Sales Director, such as monthly and quarterly sales reports and annual budgets
  • Handle customer calls and queries as required, maintaining high standards of communication
  • Manage filing systems for sales related documentation, after sales and warranty claims
  • Assisting with exhibitions, open days and marketing
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable by your manager
