Your new company
Hays is delighted to be assisting this leader in technology development with the recruitment of a permanent Sales Administrator.

Your new role
You will be working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Your main duties will include:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Handling customer queries in a professional manner
  • Preparation of quotes and provisions
  • Maintaining records on a database as well as accurate data entry
  • Preparing and compiling training and event packs when required
  • Any other duties as required

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:

  • Experience in a sales administration role including processing orders
  • Experience in a customer service environment and confidence in dealing with customers
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Good communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • IT proficient
