About the Role
Based at our Regional Service Centre in Belfast, you will be leading the performance of a large department of multi-disciplined Claims Handlers to deliver to the Region’s contribution to wider strategic goals. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape NFU Mutual’s claims strategy, and by working closely with the Regional Management Team to establish a continuous improvement and high performing culture, you will help shape the direction for the future.
Key responsibilities for the role will include the following;
Along with extensive leadership experience within financial services, you will have strong stakeholder management and influential skills. Having led a large operational, you will have the ability to develop, motivate and inspire a multi-functional and established team. Ideally, you will also have had previous experience of managing large change projects / process improvements.
