Rutledge Recruitment Division requires two experienced Recruitment Consultants to join their busy Generalist Team. This is an exciting role perfect for someone who enjoys a fast paced, target driven environment and who has the motivation to take over a hot desk and continue its growth.

DESCRIPTION

  • To supply staff to meet temporary and permanent vacancies.
  • To develop and grow the temporary and permanent placement business.
  • Networking with clients and candidates, to grow the business.
  • Screening and registering candidates in order to build solid trusting relationships
  • Lead generation
  • Business development
  • Meeting sales targets

Applicants must meet the following essential criteria:

 

Qualifications and Experience

 

  • 5 GCSE’s/Level 2 qualifications to include Maths and English (Grade A*-C)

  • 1 years previous experience of working in a targeted recruitment environment

  • Successful track record, which must be demonstrated at interview, of strong sales and relationship building

  • REC Qualified (Desirable)

  • IRP Membership (Desirable)

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Effective communication both verbal and written
