The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant within our growing team, your role will be diverse and encompassing a number of key areas including;

Business Development: This will include nurturing existing client relationships and identifying and developing new client opportunities. You should be a confident communicator, happy to proactively approach businesses.

Candidate Sourcing: Our main differentiator as a firm is our ability to source great candidates that our competitors and clients cannot. Therefore, you will need to be extremely proactive and creative, using all available tools, in sourcing the best talent for our clients.

Building Networks: The most successful consultants have extremely diverse networks; on the client side, you need to understand when business need to recruit and what talent they require, and on the candidate side, you need to recognise where the best talent in the market sits and when they want to move.

The Person

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, customer focused professional to join our team as we continue to expand. The role would suit either an experienced consultant keen to cross train and be part of our ongoing success, or a new entrant to the industry with related experience (Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Business Support, combined with sales experience) seeking a new challenge with a progressive organisation.
