About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Part Time Receptionist who takes pride in their work and enjoys providing administrative support to join the team, working on a job share basis, in our Belfast office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will answer incoming calls, maintain a call log, take messages and greet all clients in a professional manner. Your role will also involve processing all mail received and reception emails, organising couriers, arranging catering services for meetings and managing the conference room bookings system. Working 22.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, from 8am to 12.30pm. There may be also be a requirement to work additional hours as and when required to provide cover (Monday-Friday only).
Suitable candidates will have a wealth of experience working in a Receptionist / Switchboard / Administrative role and possess a good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word. As well as demonstrating a professional yet personable manner with clients and staff, excellent communication skills are essential as is a professional, neat and tidy appearance. You should be self-motivated, well organised and possess plenty of initiative. You will be expected to provide evidence of working well unsupervised and demonstrate that you understand the importance of confidentiality. Flexibility in your role is also required.
