Receptionist/Administrator required for Holywood offices.

£ Negotiable

We are looking for a receptionist/administrator to join our client in their offices in Holywood.

How you will spend your day:

  • You will be the first point of contact for clients
  • Co-ordinating appointments
  • Managing incoming phone calls
  • Maintaining accurate records on all clients
  • Ensuring all financial reports are completed

What you will bring to the role:

  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • IT proficiency, including MS Office
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
