Due to continued growth our client is creating a position for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Your new role
Within this new role you will manage projects worth up to £500k in value, providing specialist architectural features in facades, glass roofs, balustrades, floors, and lift shafts. Main responsibilities will be to establish contract budgets from tender estimates throughout the contract term including preliminaries costs, labour costs and material allowances. You will report to the General Manager of the company working closely with the Operational Team to ensure projects are completed on programme and within budget.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor preferably stemming from a specialist background. A proven track record of delivering a bespoke product will be desirable. You will have excellent contractual knowledge, partnered with strong negotiation and communication skills.
