Vickerstock are currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk for our leading manufacturing firm based in the Co. Antrim Area.

Key Duties:

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Sorting and entering large volumes of purchase invoices
  • Handling internal invoice queries
  • Allocating payments to correct accounts
  • General Purchase Ledger duties
  • Adhoc administration duties as necessary

Criteria

The Purchase Ledger Clerk should/ideally be able to demonstrate the following:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a fast paced office environment
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
