MCS Group is recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of our Manufacturing client for their Larne plant.

MCS Group is working in partnership to immediately recruit a Project Manager for our manufacturing client. With multiple sites in NI, this client has an urgent requirement to recruit additional team members for a long term temporary assignment, for their manufacturing facility based in Larne, Co. Antrim

In this role, you can expect to successfully reinforce and support the facilitation of the Project Management process across smaller cross functional teams to sustain progress within a wide portfolio of programmes and projects.

This is a key role within the programmes team and you will be committed to delivering programmes on time within budget and to specification by improving the effectiveness of project teams through the application of programme & project management methods. You will provide core expertise in specific areas of project and programme management to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective implementation of products and services.

To be successful it is viewed you will have previous experience gained in a similar role, with a strong educational background, ideally within an engineering/ technical discipline, ideally with an understanding of NPI

You must, display strong interpersonal skills including excellent communication skills, strong meeting facilitation skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
