HAYWARD HAWK are working alongside a Global Fintech Client who have a built a major presence in NI. Their Belfast Centre has grown rapidly since setting up and will continue to expand over the next 12 months.  The Problem / Change Management team in Belfast is brand new, meaning you will join likeminded professionals who are full of ideas and eager to get going – it’s a great time for a new start.

 

 A typical day will look something like this: 

  • Managing the problem lifecycle, including making sure incidents are identified, recorded and tracked through to resolution
  • Taking part in problem management meetings following service impacting issues, problem task reviews, problem status meetings
  • Leading investigations to identify the cause of problems
  • Monitoring problem management performance metrics and KPIs

 

You’ll ideally have a background in problem or change management, gained in an ITIL environment. This role involves working with a lot of senior stakeholders, so strong communication and relationship management skills are key. You’ll also have strong analytical and problem solving skills. Experience using Servicenow would be a huge benefit.
