Paraplanner - Belfast - £25,000 - £35,000 DOE, holidays, private medical insurance, phi and pension. Excellent opportunity for progression towards an advice role.

They are a highly qualified firm based in Belfast, having been awarded Corporate Chartered Financial Planner status. Their team of experts provide specialist advice on a wide range of financial planning issues to a broad spectrum of clients across the UK. The Role:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Prepare suitability reports appropriate to level of experience and under relevant supervision.
  • Ensure all relevant compliance paperwork has been carried out.
  • Carry out technical research as part of the existing arrangement review process.
  • Maintain core systems ensuring that all tasks are carried out and completed in line with the company policy and procedures.
  • Maintain awareness of, and act in accordance with, all Compliance and legislative obligations.
  • Obtain data on in-house and third party products in order to provide technical valuations as required.

The Person:

  • Looking to talk with Paraplanner that can evidence 3-5 years’ experience operating in a pensions and investments environment, providing Paraplanning support to a team of Financial Advisers / Wealth Managers.
  • Must have already attained a level 4 qualification in financial planning.
  • Will have an expert knowledge and understanding of HNW client expectations and the strategies involved.
  • Will be keen to further enhance their career by working for this market leading firm.
