Office / Sales Order Administrator

We are seeking to recruit an Office / Sales Order Administrator to join a well established and long-standing manufacturer exporter at their Dungannon facility.

You will report into and support both the General Manager and Sales Director through providing a quality administrative service including;

  • Sales order capture via telephone / email and processing through internal CRM systems
  • Checking the validity of orders
  • Monthly sales reporting for management
  • Continued liaison with customers regarding orders
  • Checking stock levels and ordering from suppliers
  • Coordinating delivery and associated administration

We are eager to speak with experienced Sales Administrators who can multi-task, work from own initiative and have prior experience in a similar role which should include experience of processing sales orders, liaising and coordinating with internal production teams, customers and logistics providers. You will possess a relevant qualification such as an NVQ / BTEC in Administration or similar and additionally you’ll be a confident user of MS Office software including Excel and ideally have gained experience in CRM/ERP systems.
